Manabi, Ecuador is located in a mountain range of wild forest where the Arriba Nacional bean originates. Genetically unique, the cacao is produced in an agroforestry setting with rich, healthy soils. The farmers are paid a premium with direct trading.
This bar is sweeter than our usual Cococaravan bean to bar and the caramel flavour of the coconut sugar complements the character of the cacao superbly. Enjoy.
