These beans are special, they are grown on small cocoa farms between the Magdalena River and the western Andes mountain range. There they develop a rich sensory profile, with flavours smooth nutty flavours and a strong citrusy fruitiness. ⁠ 

⁠The organisation Bosques De Cacao Yariguíes focus on they heirloom varieties of their beans and make sure they grow sustainable. ⁠ 

We have direct traded these beans from Miguel Beltran from BelMin in Colombia and we finally got some chocolate ready. Straight from Tolima we bought a 10 kilo bag and started working with them. We've created this superb 75% chocolate. ⁠
